We provide innovative high end digital IT solutions, but our main focus is on the solutions needed by companies that must comply with standards and regulations such as ISO 27K, GDPR or NIS/NIS2.
Brief history about us:
In 2004, we created a company with 100% Romanian capital under the name NEOTECK GRUP. GRUP is the Romanian word for GROUP. Our group was formed by shareholders and partners who graduated from the Polytechnic Faculty of Bucharest, Department of Information Engineering.
During our evolution as specialists and entrepreneurs, we have been educated, certified and became familiar with the best practices in the IT field and business. The watchword was Continuous Improvement.
We started with a neighborhood network providing Internet connection services in a small area from Bucharest. Then we expanded our portfolio to related IT services for individuals and startups.
Over time, we started to work with more and more valuable clients and to expand our portfolio to services such as:
– IT equipment maintenance,
– service for existing equipment,
– supply of new equipment at a competitive price,
– creation and administration of websites and web portals,
– software maintenance (servers and stations),
– support for users (Help Desk),
– user training,
– structured wiring.
In a short time we provided complete IT&C services that included:
– design and implementation of turnkey IT&C solutions,
– administration and maintenance of IT&C equipment,
– IT&C consultancy,
– design and installations in dedicated technical rooms (Server Room, Datacenter),
– technical support for the communications infrastructure.
Since 2016 we have started to focus more on cyber security services for companies. Thus we have now become specialized in offering services such as:
– ISO 27001 internal audit,
– technical and operational audit,
– provision and implementation of turnkey security solutions,
– administration of security solutions with certified personnel,
– GDPR audit,
– NIS audit,
– provision and implementation of IT solutions compliant with various security standards,
– management of security solutions as MSSP,
In 2024 we created a new company called NEOTECK SERVICES, a company with IT services optimized for the European market. It represents the culmination of the services offered until now, in which we have gained expertise for over 20 years. We still keep our website www.neoteck.ro in Romanian, and for our services we offer outside the country we created the CYBERDECK SENTRY brand, using this website in English.
